This free* course is run by Somerset Skills & Learning and begins on 18 April for 8 weeks.
This gentle yoga class of asana, breathing & relaxation is designed to support and nourish those women experiencing menopause, peri menopause or post menopause.
Practising gentle yoga can help you balance hormonal changes, relieve hot flushes, support pelvic health, strengthen bones and reduce bone loss. It can help you relieve anxiety, fatigue, brain fog and settle into rest in a way that is enjoyable and creative. The sequence of asanas (poses) responds to monthly and seasonal cycles, enhancing cyclical awareness as part of the toolkit for menopause journey.
