Two shops on the move as Clarks Village announces latest store changes

Shoppers in Street may have spotted changes at Clarks Village this week, with two familiar brands moving into new locations at the outlet.
Sunglass Hut, known for its range of designer sunglasses, has relocated to a larger unit within the Apple Court mall. The store opened on Thursday (9 May), having moved from Central Square Gardens. The new unit sits between the Osprey store and Calvin Klein, offering expanded space for its collection of eyewear from brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Dolce & Gabbana and Prada.
Outdoor brand The North Face has also opened a newly fitted store in Apple Court, located next to Wagamama. The shop replaces its previous unit with a larger space showcasing clothing, footwear and accessories for outdoor and adventure use.
The changes are part of a wider series of upgrades across the outlet. In recent months, Clarks Village has introduced new stores for Suit Direct, Raging Bull and Osprey, with further additions expected this summer.
Chris Davis, Centre Director at Clarks Village, said: "It's been a busy year already at Clarks Village as our brands refresh and open new stores for guests to enjoy. And looking forward, we have an exciting line-up of new brands and events which we can't wait to announce – so watch this space."
Clarks Village, located in the centre of Street, remains one of Somerset's most-visited retail destinations, with more than 90 shops and restaurants and a regular programme of events throughout the year.
