Street's Edge Acro Team, a friendly and fast-growing gymnastics club, has once again demonstrated its burgeoning talent by excelling in their third-ever competition.

With a team of 17 partnerships, the club represented Street and Glastonbury admirably, bringing home multiple medals and a prestigious award.

Participating gymnasts delivered what the club terms 'clean routines', meaning the performances went smoothly without any major errors or falls. The well-executed routines earned applause and clinched 2 first-place and two second-place medals for the club. Furthermore, they were recognised with a club coaches award for the highest overall score in the Novice 3 category.

The club's ethos goes beyond just winning medals. "The main goal and thing to celebrate here is the gymnasts doing their third-ever competition with good attitudes, clean routines and a smile," said a spokesperson from the Edge Acro Team. "We are passionate about bringing the little-known sport of Acrobatics into the limelight and use gymnastics as a tool to teach children important values such as hard work, commitment, perseverance, self-motivation and teamwork."

Established just over two years ago, the club welcomes gymnasts of all levels, from complete beginners to squad level, aiming to create a safe, fun environment for everyone. They believe the values instilled through gymnastics are transferable to every aspect of the gymnasts' lives, setting them up for future success.
