Glastonbury Abbey will be opening its doors for free to National Lottery players on Thursday, 11th July, as a gesture of thanks for their support through the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

The National Lottery Heritage Fund, which uses money raised by National Lottery players, supports projects that connect people and communities with the UK's heritage.

The Glastonbury Abbey Piazza Project is one such initiative made possible by this funding. This ambitious redevelopment of the abbey's main entrance aims to greatly enhance the visitor experience and create a multifunctional community space.

To show appreciation to the players who have made this project possible, the abbey is offering free entry to anyone presenting a physical or digital lottery ticket for any National Lottery game at the Ticket Office on the day. Additionally,

Glastonbury Abbey's Kids Go Free offer will be extended to children accompanying National Lottery players on Thursday, 11th July.

This special event is a wonderful opportunity for National Lottery players to explore the historic site and enjoy the benefits of their contributions to preserving the UK's heritage.
