Glastonbury Abbey medieval fayre just days away as Saturday sells out
By Laura Linham 21st Apr 2026
It's just a handful of days until Glastonbury Abbey's medieval fayre rolls into town, and Saturday and weekend tickets already sold out.
The two-day event will take place on Saturday, 25 April and Sunday, 26 April, with visitors set to see more than a dozen re-enactment groups covering 600 years of history.
The Abbey says the weekend will feature arena shows and talks, including a grand joust, a castle siege and a Viking skirmish.
Visitors will also be able to explore encampments across the site, watch historical crafts in action and get close to medieval tools and weapons.
Organisers said people attending can also expect cooking demonstrations and campfires as part of the living history experience.
While Saturday and full weekend tickets have now sold out, Sunday tickets are still available.
The Abbey has also warned people not to fall for ticket scams, urging visitors not to buy from social media accounts they do not know.
