Local business Melhuish and Saunders are growing from strength to strength and with more exciting projects being recently secured the team are looking to expand with recruiting Site Managers and Contracts Managers. The Glastonbury based business is looking for people who are interested in working with a successful team, that have experience in construction and want to be involved in creating some amazing buildings!

As a site manager, you will be expected to oversee all project operations on a day to day basis, ensuring that the work is done safely, on time and within budget and to a high quality. You are expected to assess job priorities and assign workers accordingly. You will ensure that work is on schedule and completed to the highest of standards.

As a contracts manager You will be responsible for overseeing several construction projects and project teams. You will coordinate, manage, and lead projects from the initial design or construction stages through to a timely completion, to the highest of standards and within budget.
