Conservative James Heappey, who was the Prime Minister's Private Secretary, has won the election. He won 33,33 votes, a total of 54.4 per cent of the vote, an increase over the last election of four per cent, putting the Liberal Democrat candidate Tessa Munt into second place with 23,345 votes. His majority is 9,991.The results came earlier than expected, just moments before Boris Johnson won an overall majority. In third place Labour's Kama McKenzie got 4,034 votes, Independent Dave Dobbs won 373 votes and the Motherworld Party's Susie Quatermass had 207 votes. The turnout was 72.9 per cent.
