Glastonbury and Street Talking Newspaper took part in the Discover Your Community Event on Saturday February 29.

Members were happy to discuss the organisation with various people, several of whom did not know that it existed.

The talking newspaper provides local news in an audio format for those who are blind or have poor eyesight.

A spokesperson said: "The event was successful for us as we were signposted to several organisations who could help us promote the Talking Newspaper, including Glastonbury Nub News."
