Glastonbury's St John's Infant School is bringing festive cheer to the heart of the town today (Friday, 5 December) with a Christmas Fair at the Town Hall from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.

The event is open to all and promises a classic mix of handmade gifts, craft stalls, cakes, carols and family fun — with a special visit from Santa to delight the children.

Run by the school community, the fair is both a fundraiser and a chance for families across Glastonbury and Street to get into the festive spirit.

Organisers say the event is a key part of the town's Christmas calendar, helping bring people together while supporting local education.

The fair is expected to draw a strong turnout, with pupils, parents and residents invited to enjoy the afternoon and pick up a few early gifts.
