A man's body was found on the Somerset Levels near Glastonbury over the weekend.

Avon and Somerset Police attended Shapwick Heath National Nature Reserve on Saturday afternoon (June 27) following a call from a member of the public who reported finding the man's body.

A police spokesperson said: "The man's death is not being treated as suspicious and we'll be carrying out any further enquiries on behalf of the coroner's office."
