Southlawns recruit based on values We welcome applications from those who hold a Level 2 QCF qualification in Health & Social Care (and willing to work towards your Level 3) OR from those who have demonstrable experience. You must also have experience working in a care and support setting, leading a team.
PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE - 1 x 24.5 hours and 1 x 28 hours per week
The shifts are 7.00am-2.30pm and 2.00pm-9.30pm with a 30 min unpaid break.Two week rota which included morning and afternoon shifts and an alternate weekend.
- As a valued member of our Southlawns team, Shift Leaders are key to helping us provide the support and care our residents deserve.
- Shift Leaders do more than a job, they change a life. You would be leading a team that provides high quality, person-centred care which allows our residents to live their lives as they choose.
- You ll be creating care plans, supporting residents through mealtimes, engaging in activities and ensuring best practice is followed by the team.

- Our Shift Leader pay rate of £13.12 per hour (with a uplift to £14.12 on weekends for delivered care hours!) recognises the value of our team members.
