Job Title: Electronic Design Engineer

Location: Glastonbury (Hybrid Working - 2/3 Days On-Site Per Week)

Salary: Up to £60,000 (Depending on Experience)

(Please Note All Applicants Must Be UK Based, No Sponsorship Provided)

Job Overview:

A requirement for an additional electronics engineer, focused on providing additional strength in hardware and associated firmware development. An ideal applicant with have a strong track record in the design and development of electronic products, with a particular emphasis on embedded devices including driver and system control software

Required Experience/Skills:

- Detailed analogue, digital and power supply circuit design

- Evaluation testing and improvement of designs

- Working knowledge of Altium Designer for PCB layout.

- Development of design processes and procedures used by the electronic design team

- Design of digital electronics including embedded microprocessors (e.g, ARM, STM32, PIC)

- Design of industrial control & data interfaces (RS422, CAN, USB, WiFi, ADC, DAC)

- Complete required project documentation

- Design of low power switch-mode power supplies

- PCB layout techniques for power supply and EMC performance

Education:

- Degree in a relevant area such as Software or Electronic Engineering
