An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies. This will be a mobile role working covering Glastonbury and the surrounding areas such as Bridport, Taunton and Yeovil. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and hold electrical qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or maintenance, and 18th edition as a minimum.The role will be working as part of a team working at a number of retail sites in the region undertaking a range of building maintenance duties. The purpose of this role carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant. Duties:

Respond to reactive works and ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescalesLiaise with clients' representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communicationConduct site surveys and produce detailed reports, method statements, and risk assessments for planned worksRepair and replace floor and wall coverings, ceiling tiles, and other building and installation works as requiredMaintain lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes, and basic plumbing requirementsUtilize our cutting-edge PDA system to complete works, key communications, and updatesComplete reactive, PPM jobs, and projects in a timely mannerUndertake minor projects works and ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations
