In the Celtic wheel of Bridannia, Beltane is the season of Rhiannon the Goddess of love and sensuality. In this Beltane circle, we'll come together as women to learn about and explore our relationship to sensuality and pleasure in a safe and held space. There will be a sharing circle and you'll learn some beautiful solo Tantric practices that build self love and reconnect you to your flow of pleasure. You'll also learn some sensual belly dance techniques. And we'll explore how movement and dance can help to uplift and inspire body confidence. If you struggle to connect with your sensuality or your flow of sexual pleasure this workshop is designed especially for you. Complete beginners are welcome.
