Street and Glastonbury is buzzing with exciting events this weekend, and here are just a few of them.

Talking of warriors and battles - on Saturday, April 22, and Sunday, April 23, the Glastonbury Abbey Medieval Fayre takes place, promising an unforgettable experience with more entertainment, re-enactors, food, drinks, and medieval traders than ever before. Get your tickets now for a weekend of fun and entertainment.

For music lovers, head to The King Arthur in Glastonbury on Saturday, April 22, for an evening of classic rock with Hells Bells, the UK's best AC/DC tribute band, and Absolute Zero. With a combined age of 35, Absolute Zero is taking the rock scene by storm, so don't miss this chance to see them perform.

If you prefer something more psychedelic, head to the Red Brick Building in Glastonbury on Saturday, April 22, for Microcosm, a new conscious Psy Trance night featuring EAT STATIC, SHAKTI, and SMI-FI.

On Friday, April 21, Crazy Pony, an international bluegrass duo from England and Switzerland, is performing at West Pennard Village Hall, playing traditional songs and tunes with a slice of jazz.

For theatre lovers, head to Strode Theatre in Street, where you can catch Vermeer: The Greatest Exhibition, Good (NT Live), Heathers the Musical (15), Shazam! Fury of the Gods (12), Marlowe (15), and more.

On Saturday, April 22, take part in a Glastonbury Day Walk on Earth Day, which is a seven-mile walk around Glastonbury Tor and Wearyall Hill. This is a great opportunity to connect with the ancient land and consider how we need to return to balance with our environment.

There's also a Book Festival at Strode Theatre, with several events on Saturday, April 22, and Sunday, April 23, including talks from Maria McCann, Hettie Judah, David R Abram, Marc Morris, Maxine Mei-Fung Chung, and Tomiwa Owolade.

With so much happening, Glastonbury is the place to be this weekend!
