Glastonbury Abbey hosts a Medieval Christmas Market and Visit Santa on November 29-30. Enjoy 50 artisan stalls, festive treats, and family activities.

Glastonbury Abbey will throw open its gates for a full weekend of festive cheer this November, with the return of its Medieval Christmas Market and popular Visit Santa experience.

The free-entry event runs across Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 November, coinciding with Glastonbury's Frost Fayre celebrations. Visitors can browse more than 50 artisan stalls, tuck into mulled cider, mead and street food, and explore the historic abbey grounds.

The Medieval Christmas Market will open from 10am to 4.30pm on Saturday and from 10am to 4pm on Sunday.

Families can also step into Christmas at Abbey House, where Santa will be meeting children across both days. Each ticket includes a gift from Santa, festive crafts, photo opportunities and free entry for up to two adults per child.

Tickets to Visit Santa are on sale now via the Glastonbury Abbey website.

More details of entertainment and activities will be confirmed in the run-up to the event.
