Man arrested at Lantokay pub in Street for racially aggravated offence

Police were called to the Lantokay pub on High Street, Street, on Saturday afternoon (13 July) following reports of a public order incident.

Officers attended the scene and arrested a 40-year-old man. He has been charged with a racially aggravated public order offence and for breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order.

A police spokesperson said, "Officers attended the Lantokay pub in High Street, Street, following a report of a public order incident on Saturday afternoon (Saturday 13 July).

"A 40-year-old man was arrested and subsequently charged with a racially aggravated public order offence and for breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order. He was remanded in custody to appear before magistrates in Yeovil ."
