Glastonbury is calling on its community members to participate in the next litter pick event, scheduled for Sunday, 28th January 2024, from 10 am to midday.

This initiative, led by the town's new coordinator, Margarita and supported by dedicated volunteers, aims to keep Glastonbury clean and free of litter.

Residents keen to contribute to maintaining the town's beauty are encouraged to join this communal effort.

The litter pick is an opportunity to improve the town's appearance and engage with fellow community members in a meaningful and environmentally beneficial activity.

For those interested in participating or seeking more information, please contact the Town Council Office and speak with Sarah Marks at 01458 831769. The event promises to be a productive and rewarding experience for all involved, and it is an excellent way for residents to make a positive impact on their local environment.

The Glastonbury community's commitment to its natural surroundings and civic pride is evident in these regular litter pick events. Join hands with your neighbours and friends to help keep Glastonbury a beautiful place to live, work, and visit.
