You will be fanatical about delivering an exceptional customer service offer, understand that good isn't good enough, only pure brilliance will do and be adept at dealing with issues and complaints when we do get things wrong (which we do, but we always want to make it right).

You are empathetic, calm, full of personality and a whizz at building rapport. Product knowledge excellence is a must as you will spend a lot of time guiding customers in the right direction, answering queries and helping our clients make the right choice.

They look to you as a knowledge base and the place to come for all the answers, so you will be keen to learn about the micro mobility industry, our products and how we can help improve the environment.

You love working in a fast-paced environment and you thrive on the idea of being part of a start up that is about to explode on to the scene.

What you'll be doing:

You will be dealing with customer calls and queries from both our UK-based and European customers (dependant on language), ensuring they have the information they need to seamlessly make a purchase.

You will manage issue and complaints, ensuring the customer is satisfied while considering company processes and dealing with any problems with empathy and care.

You will use your direct contact to up-sell in a natural and positive manner, looking to drive sales in the right way.

You will do all of this while supporting the team to deliver on KPIs such as abandon rate, time to answer and satisfaction.

Your regular customer contact puts you at the heart of what we do and so you will also feedback to the senior team on recurring problems, customer sentiment and requests.

This information will help Pure to become better faster and this is a critical learning process for the business.

What you'll need:

- Previous experience in a high touch service environment

- French language (native)

- Ability to deal with multiple priorities

- Great organisational skills

- Background of customer conflict resolution

- Selling skills

- A resilient personality with great rapport building skills

Cars and pollution are dominating our city environments in a way that is not sustainable, both for the planet and our health.

Pure was born from a desire to build a business that is not just about selling products, but to create a platform that could help solve some of the biggest environmental issues we face today.

It has become our passion and mission to change the way the world thinks about transport and inspire an electric micro revolution.

By offering the best and most advanced electric transport solutions, we will help shape the way we move around our urban environments and at the same time help reduce the environmental impact on us as individuals, communities and the world we live in.

What we offer:

- Competitive salary, pension contribution and 23 days' holiday.

- An awesome countryside location in the South West of England.

- Free use of on-site gym, free lunch, refreshments and fresh fruit every day.

- Utilising the opportunity for personal growth and skill development.
