PPC Manager - Glastonbury
Nationwide Recruitment Service's client is an inspirational market leading business currently seeking a Pay Per Click Social Manager to join their exciting team.
You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic about social media PPC, PLA and highly knowledgeable and certificated in Google AdWords and background using Paid Social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok).
The PPC Social Media Manager will be responsible for driving high quality traffic to the corporate websites, managing all biddable advertising channels and focus on Paid Search and Paid Social.
This is a pivotal role for our client so in your previous role you will have owned and driven Pay Per Click (PPC) marketing end-to-end as well as forecasting driving and delivering on sales targets and return on ad spends.
Your experience should include but not be limited to:
- Planning, creating, executing and managing continual improvement of all PPC adverts, copy, Product Listing Ads (PLA) feeds, digital display, retargeting configuration and optimisation ensuring brand maintenance and protection within the scope of paid search and other PPC routes.
- Driving traffic and conversions through PPC leads, ensuring landing pages are relevant.
- Reporting and analysis on PPC search traffic growth and performance.
- Paid social activity ensuring best in class ROI.
- Managed large PPC accounts for ecommerce retails.
- Extensive knowledge of both Google Ads and Bing Shopping.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics to deliver insight and commercial analysis of campaign performance.
- Be Google AdWords certified. Bing Ads qualification would be great too.
- Have a strong understanding of Paid Social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok).
Data Analyst - Glastonbury

- Supporting others in the team to properly understand the requirements from clients and formulate an effective, robust and secure data solution.
- Writing SQL to transform data and implement complex calculations.
- Providing a detailed specification to the developers, including key requirements within the user interface.
- Thoroughly testing applications, providing detailed feedback to the development team.
- Experience of using SQL Server to develop and run queries.
- Extensive experience using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- The ability to work with clients to understand the true requirements.
- Able to demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving, with an appetite for progress.
- An analytical mindset, with exceptional attention to detail, numeracy and data analysis skills.
- A knowledge of livestock agriculture would be a significant advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills, together with competent verbal and written communication skills.
- A good team player also having the initiative, motivation and drive to work on their own.

HLTA - Glastonbury
Five Education are working with a SEMH school in Glastonbury that is looking to hire a permanent HLTA.
This school supports students in Key Stages 2 to 5 and offers a personalised curriculum that allows them to chance to enjoy school and build a positive relationship with education.
The pupils may have other needs including, but not limited to SpLD (ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia) and/or autism.
Due to the location of the school, access to a car is essential.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Working with the teacher to help the pupils access the curriculum including supporting with differentiation
- Supporting the children's emotional development, which may be below their peers
- Working 1:1 or with the whole class
- Helping students to learn self-regulation techniques, though a lot of guidance and support will be required
- Using de-escalation techniques to manage any challenging behaviour
- Communicating with parents/caregivers to maintain a consistent and informed approach
- Planning and recording learning activities
- Preparing learning resources
- Leading some lessons for individuals and small groups with support from the class teacher
- The school uses a range of activities including taking students off-site so you should be comfortable working outside of the classroom (the school has a mileage reimbursement program)
- Five GCSEs or equivalent to include English and maths
- At least 12 months of recent teaching assistant or similar experience
- A flexible and resourceful approach
- A team player, this is a school with a close team who work well together
- Confident to work with children who have mental health needs
- You will be able to demonstrate positive reinforcement
Desirable criteria:
- Recent experience teaching or supporting children with SEMH
- Experience/knowledge of the Key Stage 2 to 5 (all, or just primary/secondary) curriculum would be an advantage
- A teaching assistant qualification (or similar - candidates with qualifications in education, youth/social work and counselling are welcome to apply)
- A flexible and resourceful approach
- Experience of THRIVE would be an advantage but not essential
Job specifics:
Permanent, full-time. Salary £18,270 per annum.
