Glastonbury is setting the stage for an eventful weekend, with a kaleidoscope of activities designed to cater to diverse interests.
From art exhibitions to musical extravaganzas and enigmatic gatherings, the town offers something for everyone.
Our deepest gratitude goes to our newsletter sponsor, The King Arthur, for their continuous support in elevating local events and happenings.

Billed as 'NOTHING IS WHAT IT SEEMS TO BE,' an enigmatic event unfolds over the weekend at the Zig Zag Building on Morland Road. Artists Melanie Thompson and Grace Surman will present an hour long immersive performance on the top floor of the building in Glastonbury. Each performance will be unique for just that audience. Composer Joseph Hyde will be creating an original score and the performers will be joined by special guests offering live music and song. The audience numbers are limited to 25 each night as the audience will travel with the performance. Scheduled from 18:00 to 19:00 on both Saturday and Sunday, the event invites you to challenge your perceptions and step into the unknown.
A little outside of town, but very 'Glastonbury' - pop culture enthusiasts won't want to miss the Comic Con event scheduled for 10:00 to 16:30 on Saturday at The Bath & West Showground. Whether you're a die-hard Marvel fan or a Whovian, this is your chance to dive into a world of fantasy and fun.

The Red Brick Building continues its offering into the night with '141: An Evening of British Bass Culture,' spanning Saturday to Sunday. From the earthy beats of reggae to the pulsating rhythms of grime, the event is a journey through the sonic landscape of British bass culture.
Concluding the weekend on a mystical note, Becket's Inn on High Street hosts the Glastonbury Pagan Moot featuring Victoria Ivanovic. Scheduled for 20:00 on Sunday, the discussion promises to delve deep into pagan topics, making it a fitting end to a weekend of diversity and exploration.
Meanwhile, over the Brue in Street, Strode Theatre has a busy Saturday lined up with Theater Camp (sic), And Then Come the Night Jars, Disney's Beauty and the Beast and Strays playing.
