Aftersales advisor required for permanent, full time role within a car dealership in Street, BA16. Previous experience in the motor trade isn't required as in house and manufacturer training is provided!

• £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience

• Meeting and greeting customers and identifying their requirements
• Booking vehicles into the workshop
• Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
• Taking Aftersales Department Bookings
• Achieving set performance targets by upselling products

• Prior experience in a customer facing role
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to talk to people
• Keen for a long term career in the motor trade and an appetite for learning and developing
