Regional Manager - East Anglia We're currently recruiting a dedicated Regional Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.As a Regional Manager, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work.   • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of unit Managers to deliver exceptional food services within the units.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contract compliance to exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure Compass and brand standards are met while also ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and support your team, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
  • Manage labour and controllable costs within all units
  • Have a commercial mindset to deliver profitability within the units.
Essential skills
  • 2+ Years experience at a senior level as a Area / Regional manager leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
  • Previous multi-site catering background with P&L responsibility.
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams
  • Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
