JOB RESPONSABILITIES
  • Good understanding of GP & Labour control.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulation and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible of team recruitment, training and development by assessing their performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Maintain and improve store standards to meet company expectation.
  • Manage financial aspects including forecasting and forward planning in line with the store P&L
REQUIREMENT
  • Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or similar type of business within the hospitality industry.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and think on your feet
  • A passion for food, service, and creating a positive work environment
