What will you beresponsible for?

As Quantity Surveyor, you'll beworking within the Commercial team, supporting them in managing andoptimising contract costs from inception to completion, creatingvalue for money but also maintaining the highest standards ofquality and compliance.

Your day to day willinclude:

Preparingdetailed cost estimates, budgets, and costplans
• Managing procurement processes,including tender preparation and evaluation, monitoring andcontrolling project finances, managing variations and preparingdetailed financial reports
Conductingrisk, value management, and cost controlexercises
• Negotiating and managing contracts withclients, subcontractors, and suppliers, meetingcompliance with health and safety regulations and qualitystandards

Whatare we looking for?

This role of QuantitySurveyor is great for youif:

• You have experience working as a QuantitySurveyor and hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, ConstructionManagement, or a related field
Possessknowledge of construction processes, contract law, and industryregulations, can demonstrate a proven track record in costplanning, budget management, and financialreporting
• Bringexcellent negotiation, stakeholder management, andinterpersonal skills, along with being detail orientated withsound analytical and problem-solvingabilities
