Job Title: Plumber / Plumber Multi Trade

Location: Somerset

Salary: £34K plus van and fuel card

Build Recruitment are working on an exciting recruitment campaign with a housing association to recruit a number of positions in the Somerset area.

We are looking for a talented plumber or plumber multi trade to join their planned maintenance team on a permanent basis.

Ideally you will be NVQ qualified in plumbing or have demonstratable time served experience. We are looking for plumbers that can also turn their hand to other trades also, such as laying vinyl flooring, tiling and some basic carpentry.

You will be included in an out of hours rota to provide emergency cover on a rota basis.

Experience working across the social housing sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be required to undertake a DBS check and must have a valid driving licence.

Day to Day:

  • Providing planned repairs and works across domestic properties in Somerset.
  • Plumbing repairs and maintenance.
  • Working in occupied and void properties.
  • Working alone or as part of a small team
  • Providing a friendly and professional service

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Level 2 NVQ or above in Plumbing
  • Multi skilled experience
  • A DBS check will be required
