Job Title: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Glastonbury

Salary: Up to £45K plus van

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working on behalf of a facilities group to recruit a mobile air conditioning engineer to work across a commercial contract providing an air conditioning and building maintenance service.

This is an great opportunity to join a national FM employer on a permanent basis. Candidates must be based within a 30 minutes of Glastonbury.

This role includes being part of an on call rota (one week in five), so there is the opportunity to earn extra as part of this rota.

This is a mobile role with travel of up to 2 hours required (some travel time is paid).

Day to Day:

Planned and Reactive building maintenance tasks (Fire alarm test, sprinkler test, checking emergency lighting, water testing, AHU/FCU maintenance)

Inspection and Maintenance for Air Conditioning units (Splits, Multis, VRF, VRV, VAV)

Development and Management of the PPM regime

Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld

Providing technical support to the maintenance team, occupants and landlord

Requirements

• Electrical qualifications
• F-Gas certificate preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in a commercial setting
