Glastonbury Carers Group by Somerset Carers Service and West Mendip PCN is a free, informal gathering for people who regularly look after someone, maybe a friend, family member or loved one, in an unpaid capacity. We meet to socialise, share stories and ideas and to talk about our experiences. Professional speakers and service providers also visit to offer support and information. 

Bring the person you care for so you can both have an enjoyable time as our generous hosts at Brunel's Glastonbury Care Home invite your loved one to join in activities and gentle conversation over cake with the residents.

Arrive from 10:30am every 4th Friday of the month - next one is January 23rd where we are joined by counsellor Ewan Cameron and also the Watch Project sharing their new offer to local people. February 27th we are offering "Be Heard" - self advocacy training from SWAN Advocacy, to help you voice your needs to health and social care professionals.
