The Unfurling

In her eighth exhibition, The Unfurling, Leanne Ta'iki Anawa invites visitors into a world where myth, nature, spirit, and personal transformation intertwine.

Through a collection of evocative paintings and illustrations, she explores themes of healing, resilience, intuition, grief, growth, and renewal. Rooted in symbolism and rich storytelling, each piece offers a gentle invitation to reconnect with the deeper rhythms of life and the wisdom that can emerge from even our most challenging seasons.

From sacred animals and ancient archetypes to dreamlike visions of emergence and becoming, The Unfurling celebrates the quiet transformations that often take place unseen.

This exhibition is a reflection on what happens when we release old stories, trust the journey, and allow ourselves to grow beyond the containers that once defined us.
