With winter festivities around the corner, Glastonbury Town Council has announced that stallholder application forms for the much-anticipated Frost Fayre are now available.

Taking place on 25th November 2023, the event promises to be a holiday haven for locals and visitors, spotlighting local businesses and artisans.

Those interested in securing a stall have until 3pm on 25th September to submit their applications. On 5th September, early birds had the opportunity to pick up application forms from the Small Hall in the Town Hall between 9am and 12pm. From this point forward, application forms can be obtained from the Town Council Reception located in the Glastonbury Information Centre.

In line with the event's community spirit, the Frost Fayre Team has stated that priority will be given to local businesses with postal codes BA6 and BA16 for pitches within the Frost Fayre premises. However, it's important to note that no one is guaranteed a High Street pitch, making the application process competitive yet inclusive.

Applicants will be notified via email by 29th September as to whether they have been successful in securing a stall. One application is allowed per person or business, and it is imperative that all applicants tick to acknowledge they have read the terms and conditions; failure to do so will result in the form being returned.

For any questions concerning the application process or the Frost Fayre itself, the team can be reached at [email protected].

With a focus on highlighting local craftsmanship and businesses, the Frost Fayre is shaping up to be an event that not only rings in the holiday season but also champions the rich tapestry of community life in Glastonbury.
