In a remarkable display of creativity and passion for reading, students from St Dunstan's School in Glastonbury have been awarded the coveted Blue Peter Book badges.

The recipients, belonging to tutor groups 7KGR and 7JMA, have successfully completed a series of creative tasks inspired by their love of books.

These badges are a testament to the students' dedication to reading and their ability to express their appreciation for literature through imaginative projects. Utilising their tutor reading books, 'Ghost Boys' and 'Star Switch,' as a springboard for their work, the students have set a high standard for their peers in other tutor groups, who are encouraged to aim for the same accolade as they conclude their current reading assignments.

The awarding of the Blue Peter Book badges to St Dunstan's students not only highlights the importance of reading in educational development but also showcases the school's commitment to fostering a love for literature among its pupils.

This achievement is expected to inspire other students within the school to explore their creativity and express their passion for reading in similarly innovative ways.
