A new healthcare business has joined Landmark House in Glastonbury, as the Wirral Park Road building prepares to welcome another organisation to its remaining office space.

The Spine and Disc Centre is the latest arrival at the site, which has quietly grown into a base for seven businesses and community organisations since opening in 2009.

While Landmark House is familiar to anyone regularly travelling along Wirral Park Road, the range of work taking place inside is less obvious.

Its tenants now cover construction, grassroots sport, education, finance, retail, healthcare and community work, with some having called the building home since it first opened.

The newest arrival, the Spine and Disc Centre, provides chiropractic care for people experiencing back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches, migraines, poor posture and shoulder discomfort.

It joins Melhuish & Saunders, the South West construction company which delivers building, refurbishment and development projects across the healthcare, community, education and commercial sectors.

Landmark House is also the headquarters of Somerset Football Association, which oversees grassroots football and supports clubs, players, coaches, officials and competitions across the county.

The building's community role includes Grace Community Church, which serves Glastonbury and the surrounding area through worship, events and outreach activities.

Technology company WCBS provides management systems for independent and international schools, covering areas including admissions, finance and management information.

Monahans Chartered Accountants also operates from the building, providing accounting, taxation and business advice to individuals and organisations across the South West.

Completing the current line-up is Sons of Asgard, an independent Glastonbury business producing spiritual and wellbeing products including candles, teas, incense and ritual kits.

While its public-facing shop is based at 13 High Street, the company operates from Landmark House and runs the Asgard Academy, which provides online courses in spiritual and holistic practices.

The mix of tenants means the building is supporting work taking place both within Glastonbury and across the wider county, despite much of it going unnoticed by people passing outside.

Landmark House now has an office suite available to let, offering another organisation the chance to join the site.
