If your 2026 diary is looking a bit too well-behaved, The Loft in Street has other ideas. The venue has confirmed a packed run of spring and early summer events, stacking its calendar from February through to May with party nights, fundraisers and live shows aimed firmly at people who don't want to stay in.

Things get going on Saturday, 7 February, with a Party Night at The Loft, pitched as an all-welcome disco and after-dinner blowout to finally put January behind us. On Sunday, 8 February, the mood shifts from dancefloor to dabber as Globe Carnival Bingo takes over, raising funds for Globe Carnival Club, with doors opening at 6pm and eyes down at 7pm, plus a £100 cash flyer prize.

February keeps rolling on Sunday, 22 February, with a Quiz Night that also features a charity head shave in support of Macmillan Cancer Support, before the SEND Supper returns on Tuesday, 24 February, an event already well known to families across Street and Glastonbury.

March opens with another First Saturday Party Night on Saturday, 7 March, before the gloves go on for an Amateur Boxing Show on Sunday, 8 March, supporting local Pyramid Boxing Club. Later in the month, on Sunday, 22 March, The Loft hosts a fundraiser for Ashcott Football Club, with doors at 5.45pm and eyes down at 6.30pm.

Anyone with a weakness for neon and nostalgia will want to circle Friday, 27 March. That's when The Loft goes full Back to the 80s, with a throwback party night raising funds for Mental Health in Combat Sports. Fancy dress is encouraged, and subtlety is very much optional.

April begins with yet another First Saturday Party Night on Saturday, 4 April, followed by An Evening of Mediumship with Darren Turner on Sunday, 12 April, raising funds for Globe Carnival Club. On Sunday, 26 April, the venue leans back into retro territory with a Back to the 80s sing-along bottomless brunch hosted by Stacey Charles, with fancy dress again welcome.

May shows no sign of calming down. Saturday, 2 May brings another First Saturday Party Night, before Motown and Soul take centre stage on Sunday, 17 May, with a bottomless brunch featuring Eleazor King. The spring run wraps up on Sunday, 31 May, with The Nashville Sound Experience, bringing live country music to Street led by multi-award-winning British country artist Mark Hills.

Looking further ahead, The Loft has already confirmed a big summer date for Sunday, 2 August 2026, when Meat Loaf The Tribute Live comes to Street, direct from Benidorm. The afternoon and evening variety show will also include a "Queen Rocks" performance, with organisers warning that tickets are expected to sell fast.
