 Somerset Guy Fawkes Carnival 2026 dates have been confirmed for Bridgwater, Burnham-on-Sea, Weston-super-Mare, North Petherton, Shepton Mallet, Wells and Glastonbury.

Somerset Guy Fawkes Carnival 2026 will run from Saturday, 7 November to Saturday, 21 November.

The Somerset County Guy Fawkes Carnival Association circuit starts with Bridgwater Carnival and finishes with Glastonbury Carnival.

The seven confirmed Somerset Guy Fawkes Carnival 2026 dates are:

  • Bridgwater Carnival 2026 — Saturday, 7 November, 6 pm
  • Burnham-on-Sea Carnival 2026 — Monday, 9 November, 7.30 pm
  • Weston-super-Mare Carnival 2026 — Friday, 13 November, 7 pm
  • North Petherton Carnival 2026 — Saturday, 14 November, 7 pm
  • Shepton Mallet Carnival 2026 — Wednesday, 18 November, 7.30 pm
  • Wells Carnival 2026 — Friday, 20 November, 7 pm
  • Glastonbury Carnival 2026 — Saturday, 21 November, 6.45 pm

The confirmed dates mean carnival carts will return to Somerset streets across two weeks in November.

Bridgwater opens the Guy Fawkes circuit on Saturday, 7 November, with a 6 pm start.

The procession then moves to Burnham-on-Sea on Monday, 9 November, before Weston-super-Mare on Friday, 13 November and North Petherton on Saturday, 14 November.

The Mendip dates follow in the second week.

Shepton Mallet Carnival takes place on Wednesday, 18 November at 7.30 pm.

Wells Carnival follows on Friday, 20 November at 7 pm.

Glastonbury Carnival closes the Somerset Guy Fawkes circuit on Saturday, 21 November at 6.45 pm.
