Shed Fire at Beckery Old Road, Glastonbury

Date: 14.06.2018Time: 06:47Location: Beckery Old Road, GlastonburyOne appliance from Glastonbury attended a shed fire on land at Beckery Old Road.Upon their arrival the crew got to work fighting the fire using a compressed air foam jet. As there were cylinders in the shed, they removed those to a safe location and monitored them for signs of heating.Once the fire had been extinguished the crew worked on dismantling the shed and removing the rest of the contents.The shed was 75 per cent damaged by fire and the cause of the fire was accidental.
