Road Traffic Collision Persons Trapped at Dungeon, Cocklake, Wedmoe, Somerset

Date: 21.08.2018Time: 15:23Location: Dungeon, Cocklake, Wedmoe, SomersetThe fire service were called to assist other agencies with a road traffic collision where people were believed to be trapped.One crew from Cheddar, one crew from Wells and the rescue tender from Glastonbury attended.On arrival crews confirmed that there was a road traffic collision involving one vehicle on its side with one female still in the vehicle with leg injuries. Crews stabilised the vehicle and released the female casualty. One further female casualty was also released prior to fire service arrival. The casualties were left in the hands of ambulance personnel and the incident in the hands of the police.
