The Red Brick Building has officially unveiled its newly refurbished event space, with a fresh line-up of events ready to welcome the community back to the improved venue. Following essential renovations to reinforce eight structural pillars showing signs of wear, the space is now safer, sturdier, and more spacious than ever.

The upgrades included removing the dividing wall between the event area and the adjacent Morland Room, creating one large, open venue ideal for a wide range of gatherings, from gigs and markets to conferences and private events.

Red Brick Building extended its gratitude to everyone who contributed to the project, especially TML Building Services Ltd, who worked tirelessly to complete the work within a tight timeframe. In recognition of the support, plaques will soon be installed to honour the pillar sponsors, which include Burns the Bread, Andy Pegg, Cruze Construction, TML Building Services Ltd, and contributions from the local community.

To mark the reopening, the Red Brick Building has organised a diverse line-up of events. Highlights include:

  • Palestinian Dance Night Fundraiser – Saturday, 9th November
  • Sunday Lunchtime Jazz – Sunday, 10th November
  • Milly Riquelme's La Cubana Trio – Wednesday, 22nd November
  • Mark Chadwick – Wednesday, 6th December
  • Huey Morgan's NYC Block Party – Wednesday, 20th December
  • Dreadzone – Friday, 8th March 2024

The complete schedule of events is available on the Red Brick Building's website, and the event space is open for private bookings throughout the year.

"We're thrilled to welcome the community back to our improved event space," said Indra Donfrancesco. "It's such a beautiful venue, perfect for bringing people together."
