Glastonbury's brand-new PureGym is officially opening at 12pm on Thursday 31 October — just in time to work off those Halloween sweets.

The 6,000 sq ft fitness centre on Wirral Park Road is next to Tesco, B&Q and Travelodge and promises round-the-clock access to top-end kit, class spaces and expert PTs, all under PureGym's low-cost, zero-contract model.

Members get access to cardio and resistance machines, free weights, functional zones, full class timetables, and a free induction. There's parking on site, though restrictions may apply.

The Glastonbury opening is part of a national expansion from the UK's biggest gym brand. Locals can now sign up online and take advantage of the launch offers before the big day.
