Police are appealing for information after a man was injured during a disturbance at Glastonbury Cemetery in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Officers were called to the cemetery on Wells Road between 1.30am and 1.40am on Saturday, February 22, following reports of a disturbance. As a result of the incident, the victim suffered injuries to the face and head.

An investigation is now underway, and police are urging anyone with information to come forward.

A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "If you have any information that could assist our investigation, please call 101 and quote crime reference number 5225046810."
