Plans submitted for a Dutch barn to be built in Westhay

Plan have been submitted to Mendip District Council for a Dutch barn to be built in Westhay.

A planning application for a prior notification of agricultural development for a proposed building at Tea Pot Cottage, Honeygar Lane, Westhay, has been submitted by Anthony Power.

The applicant keeps calves from weaning through to around six months of age, and they are kept in a number of mobile hutches.

The proposed agricultural building has been designed for housing feed, bedding and machinery.

Application for approval of details reserved by conditions 2 (mortar mix) on listed building consent 2020/1705/LBC at Higher South Town Farm, Southtown Lane, West Pennard. has been made by Dr David Powell.

Works to trees under a TPO (M351): T1 - lime tree, reduce height by 7m at 3 Court Park, High Street, Butleigh, by Mr T Blake have been approved.

Erection of a single storey and two storey extensions at Clairmont Villa, Leg Of Mutton Road, Glastonbury, by Mr and Mrs Bond has been approved.

Erection of garage building at Old Summer Dairy, Westwood Drove, Lydford-on-Fosse, by Mr and Mrs Tabor has been approved.

Proposed extension to integral garage at 60 Holm Oaks, Butleigh, by Mr N Searle has been approved.

Replacement of existing garage at Middle Green, Court Barn Lane, West Bradley, by Mr and Mrs Stoodley has been approved.

Refurbishment of existing garage, utility room, ground floor bathroom and entrance hall; erection of a single storey rear extension; erection of a car port at Hunters Moon, Chapel Lane, Butleigh, by Mr and Mrs D Drake has been approved.

Application for approval of details reserved by condition 4 (Tree Protection) of permission 2021/0109/FUL at B And Q Plc, Wirral Park Road, Glastonbury, has been approved.
