Jobs at Glastonbury Abbey

As the new year unfolds, Glastonbury Abbey is offering a fresh start with three exciting job opportunities.

The Abbey, a place of pilgrimage and an internationally renowned tourist attraction, is looking to expand its team with three pivotal roles.

First up, there's a chance to be the Catering Supervisor. This role is all about bringing a dash of zest and efficiency to the Abbey's café experience. If you're someone who can juggle the demands of a busy café while keeping a smile, this might be your calling. With a permanent contract and a salary starting at £24,721 per annum, it's an opportunity to stir up some culinary magic in a historic setting.

Then, for those who have a knack for bringing events to life, the Abbey is searching for an Events Coordinator. Imagine being the force behind events that draw around 40,000 people every year! From outdoor theatre to grand live music events, this role is about creating memorable experiences. And with a salary of £24,721 per annum, it's not just the events that will be rewarding.

Last but not least, the Abbey seeks a Front of House Manager. This role is at the heart of the Abbey's visitor experience, overseeing everything from admissions to catering. If you're someone who loves ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile and a story, this is your stage. With a salary of £28,885 per annum, this role is about leading from the front and making a difference.

The deadlines to apply for all these roles are on 5pm, Wednesday 17th January, so there's no time to waste.

These positions aren't just jobs; they're a chance to be a part of Glastonbury's rich tapestry of history and culture. It's about making each visitor's experience as unforgettable as the Abbey itself.
