Man arrested following assault on Glastonbury High Street

A 57-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an assault that occurred on Glastonbury High Street, Avon and Somerset Police have confirmed.

The incident, involving an intoxicated individual, took place on May 13.

The police are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the assault.

A police spokesperson stated, "Police received a report of an assault on Glastonbury High Street on May 13 involving an intoxicated male. A 57-year-old male was later arrested. The investigation is ongoing at this time."
