A man has been arrested after four people were taken to hospital following a New Year's Eve party at the Assembly Rooms in Glastonbury High Street.

Emergency services were called to the venue shortly after 1am on Thursday, 1 January, after several people reported feeling unwell.

We conveyed three patients by land ambulance to Yeovil District Hospital and one other patient by land ambulance to Musgrove Park Hospital."

All four have since been discharged.
