Bristol author Kerris Harrup will give an illustrated talk on the life of Victoria Hughes - the author of Ladies Mile - who for over 30 years worked as cloakroom attendant on Bristol's Durdham Downs. Considered a scandal in the 1970's when first published, Kerris will recount her journey to bring the book back in print and refurbish the Ladies Mile Loos.
