Lineup for Night at the Abbey 2024 revealed

Glastonbury Abbey has announced its lineup for the anticipated Night at the Abbey event, set for Saturday, 24th August 2024.

This annual celebration promises a diverse musical experience, spanning genres like two-tone, folk, contemporary pop, and electro-swing. The event, taking place against the historic backdrop of Glastonbury Abbey, features three stages of live music.

Headlining is Neville Staple, famously known from The Specials, marking a highlight in his four-decade music career. Staple, alongside his band From The Specials, will perform iconic hits and personal favourites.

Brad Lister, Glastonbury Abbey's Head of Commercial Activity, commented, "Each year, Night at the Abbey gets bigger and better, with 2023 being our most successful event. We're excited to have Neville Staple as our legendary headliner in 2024, offering our most diverse lineup yet."

The event will showcase 14 acts across three stages, covering a variety of music styles, including:

Main Stage:

  • The Mighty Rooster
  • Milly Riquelme & La Cubana
  • Electric Swing Circus
  • Dr Meaker
  • Neville Staple, From The Specials

King Arthur Stage:

  • Andy Grant Band
  • Shing a Lings
  • Moscow Drug Club
  • The Sinclairs
  • 3 Daft Monkeys

The Chapel:

  • Kitty Stewart
  • Meg Curl
  • Pasha Finn & The Ellipsis
  • Patrick Duff
  • Lucy Grubb

Doors open at 3pm, with music starting at 4pm. A range of catering stalls and a fully stocked bar will be available.

Previously attracting over 3,000 attendees, Night at the Abbey has garnered accolades, including a Silver award at the Bristol, Bath and Somerset Tourism Awards and a nomination at the National Outdoor Events Association awards.

Advance discount tickets are on sale now, priced at £20 for adults and £15 for children, with free entry for under 5s and Glastonbury Abbey Member PLUS card holders (pre-booking required).

Tickets are available online via the Glastonbury Abbey website, with physical tickets going on sale in the new year at Glastonbury Abbey.
