Glastonbury is set to sparkle this weekend with an array of events, headlined by the Frost Fayre 2023.

Frost Fayre 2023: A Community Festive Celebration The Frost Fayre, organised by the Glastonbury Town Council, will take place at the Town Hall on Magdalene Street from 11:00 to 18:00 on Saturday, 25th November.

The Mayor of Glastonbury will inaugurate the event at the Melodrome Stage at noon, kicking off a day packed with street entertainment, live music across five stages, Christmas carols, and the lighting of the Christmas Tree.

The musical lineup is diverse, featuring acts such as Choirs for Good and Kangaroo Moon at the Melodrome Stage, and performances by The Ukes of Avalon and Harris Mason at the GFM Stage. Children can enjoy craft activities, a disco, and a visit from Santa at Abbey House.

The weekend's festivities extend beyond the Frost Fayre with several other events:

  • Tales of the Crow: Storytelling & Soundbath: On Friday, 24th November, from 18:30 to 21:00, St Benedict's Church on Benedict Street will host an immersive storytelling and soundbath experience.
  • Global @ The King Arthur, Glastonbury: Also on Friday, 24th November, from 20:00 to 23:00, The King Arthur on Benedict Street will come alive with 'Global', a unique event featuring diverse music and entertainment.

This weekend in Glastonbury is a testament to the town's vibrant community spirit and its commitment to cultural and festive events. From the Frost Fayre's community-focused celebrations to the artistic and musical events around town, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
