This week's round-up is ideal for anyone feeling vaguely ready to get off the sofa and into some paid employment – or at least into a staff discount scheme.
From catering to coaching, and a surprising number of kitchen-based adventures, Glastonbury and Street are awash with ways to earn your keep. We've filtered the nonsense and boiled it down to the jobs worth knowing about.
Kitchen culture
The Loft Lounge and Bar is after a seasonal kitchen assistant to serve and plate meals from 21 November to 20 December. Expect evening and weekend work, and bring your best 'can-do' attitude.
Nearby, Chartwells is on the lookout for a catering assistant in Street, with food prep, customer service and keeping things hygienic all part of the brief.

If you prefer your workplace a little more Hogwarts, Millfield School has a catering assistant role with the usual duties – prepping, serving and smiling – and a chance to be part of something posher than average.
Meanwhile, CH&CO is hiring a part-time kitchen assistant (31.75 hours/week) to clean, prep and generally muck in, with some added perks like training and social events.
Pouring, prepping and pretending to care about coffee
Lister wants a part-time barista (22.5 hours/week) who enjoys customer service, can learn on the job, and doesn't mind cleaning up the odd oat milk spill.

If you're more chef than server, Millfield School is also looking for a chef – benefits include free meals, parking, healthcare and a pension, which is more than you get for cooking at home.
Facilities, but make it admin
Tutbury is where you'll find a deputy facilities manager post going with Sodexo, paying between £32k and £35k. You'll be training staff, managing risk, handling reports and generally keeping the place ticking over without burning down.
Glastonbury grub, again
Yes, it's Chartwells again, this time hiring a catering assistant in Glastonbury. Duties are pretty standard: food prep, serving, till work and keeping it clean. Bring a smile and a hairnet.

Pump it up
Fitness class instructors are in demand in Street, where Fusion Lifestyle is recruiting for Les Mills classes like BodyPump and BodyBalance. You'll need to bring the energy, follow health and safety, and remember to press play on time.
There's also a bootcamp and group cycle instructor role if shouting motivational quotes while people sweat is more your vibe.
That's your lot for Glastonbury and Street this week. For more local listings and possibly fewer catering assistants, head to the Glastonbury jobs board.
