Glastonbury roadworks for week commencing March 9

A sewer is going to be repaired in the centre of Glastonbury this week.

From Tuesday March 10 to Thursday March 12, Wessex Water will be using stop and go traffic control so it can repair the sewer in Bowyers Close, near to the junction with Manor House Road.

Other roadworks in Glastonbury this week include:

The temporary traffic lights on the A361 at Coursing Batch for Bristol Water to replace a frame and cover are scheduled to be removed by the end of Tuesday.

Western Power Distribution will be tree trimming on Wednesday March 11 in The Roman Way and Hill Head, and on Thursday in Wells Road.

From Wednesday to Friday March 13, Bristol Water will be replacing a frame and cover in The Archers Way.

Finally, scaffolding permits are scheduled to expire on Monday at 22 Silver Street and on Thursday outside of Lady of the Silver Wheel in the Market Place.
