It is set to be a busy week for Bristol Water in Glastonbury, as the company has six sets of roadworks planned.

Its work to repair a leak at the top of Glastonbury High Street should be completed by Tuesday December 3, as should similar repair works in The Archers Way and Wells Road near to the junction with Manor House Road.

From Tuesday to Thursday December 5, the firm will be fixing leaks in Wells Road near Lintells Garage, and Bushy Combe Gardens.

The other Bristol Water works will be to locate a main and valves in the footpath between Bere Lane and Bretenoux Road.

Also this week, the permits for two sets of scaffolding are due to run out - at Horsemans Mews in Northload Street on Friday December 6 and in Chilkwell Street on Sunday December 8.
