Glastonbury police offer fraud advice ahead of Black Friday
By Laura Linham 1st Oct 2026
Police will be offering fraud advice in Glastonbury ahead of Black Friday, with a session giving residents the chance to put their questions directly to neighbourhood officers.
The Street and Glastonbury Neighbourhood Policing Team will hold a Fraud Beat Surgery at Nationwide on Wednesday, 25 November, from 9.30 am to 1 pm.
The session will take place at the branch at 3 High Street and will cover questions about fraud, with a particular focus on cyber crime as Black Friday approaches.
Residents with concerns about online fraud or questions about protecting themselves can speak to the team during the morning. The event is intended to give people an opportunity to seek advice directly from local police.
Further details are available through the Avon and Somerset Police event listing.
